Overall the movers( Shawn, Shaiar and Matt) did a timely and adequate job moving all of our furniture into our new office. Unfortunately I was unimpressed with the billing process. They finished the entire job in about an hour and half, which includes us waiting 30 minutes because there was an issue at our storage unit. Because of that wait, the movers decided to charge me an extra hour of service, mind you we were still well within the 3 hour minimum I was quoted. I received 2 receipts, one showed I was supposed to have 2 movers and the 2nd receipt said I had 3. When I called to dispute the charge, the woman on the phone first began to justify what the movers did. After I didn't buy that she told me to hold and man picked up and after explaining the situation to him he immediately understood that regardless of the wait time, they still finished the job in an hour half and there was no reason for them to charge me for another hour. He said he would refund the extra charge, I am still waiting for the refund to show on my account. It might take 3-5 business days(I'm assuming this based on my prior customer service knowledge, the man simply said I should see the refund soon).
