What a great crew of movers! Rick, "Cheese," and Scott were absolutely great! Despite having snow on the ground and air temps of less than 10 degrees the day of my move - these guys hustled and also treated my stuff with care! At delivery, I feel like they truly went above and beyond and got me even more excited about my first home purchase :) The customer service from dispatch was also awesome! I had some confusion on my end when it came to the timing, but they were super flexible and helpful, too! If you're searching for a mover in the Capital Region - Don's Moving and Storage is absolutely the best!

Fantastic, professional movers who made my move stress-free and even fun!! Al is a capable lead mover and the crew, Ed and Kelvon, are courteous and strategic. My furniture is huge and bulky but they finessed it and got everything in to my small home without any damage and without wasting time. FIVE stars.

Shawn, Rocky and Jay moved me on Christmas Eve. They were super friendly professional and efficient. When they came to move me I was so stressed and they said don’t worry we are going to take care of you - and they did exactly that! It was the most pleasant moving experience I have ever had!! Shawn, Rocky and Ed moved us today. They were a great team! Professional, organized, & customer friendly with a great sense of humor! They made sure that all of our belongings and furniture were moved with care and placed in the correct locations at their destination. We were impressed how easily they moved some of our heavier items, they made it look easy. They were a great team, the truck was loaded neatly, they wrapped everything securely to prevent damage in transit and the unloading process was quick and efficient. We would highly recommend this team and would definitely request them if were to ever move again.
