Our interaction with Don's moving & storage all started with a move out service last Aug. During the assessment and moving service at that time, we found Don's team not only very friendly but also highly professional. They painstakingly addressed all of our requests and accommodated all our needs. For example, when performing assessment, Mr. Mark Drobish helped us check multi pickup locations and customized a great comprehensive strategy that perfectly suited our needs at a very reasonable price. We were very happy with Mark's service, which resulted in a packing, moving and storage service combo. Besides Mark, other Don's staff members from sales & operations group to the field team, all have demonstrated customer centered mindset and professionalism. They really take a lot of pride in what they are doing and deeply understand how to properly take care of their customers. Another example is that on the move day, Don’s team carefully handled all the items including some very fragile fine china dining ware and kept them intact, moreover, all the items that need assembly serveries such as TV and bed were done very professionally with great skill and craftsmanship. A big shout out to Scott, Shawn and Ed, you guys are the trident of the dream team!
